COVID Safety

Our Current Covid Protocols is as follows (as of Aug 2021 - please be aware that this could change based on community spread and CDC guidance):

We require that each runner and coach have a mask that they can put on during warm-ups and breaks. They will not be required to wear the mask while they run, but are welcome to wear it at all times if they want to do so. 

We followed this protocol during the 2020 XC season and the kids handled it very well. We will have neck gaiters that we will be passing out at the beginning of practice for anyone that wants one or doesn’t have a mask to use.
 
If your runner is diagnosed with COVID, we will require them to have a negative PCR test after their quarantine period of 10 days before they can return to practice.
